FROM A BROWARD FOOD PANTRY
TO BEIJING OLYMPIC BANQUETS
July 15, 2008
A Board Member from Fort Lauderdale's Pantry of Broward food pantry leaves
this Friday to Beijing, China to coordinate banquets at the upcoming summer
Olympics.

Maureen Esposito, former Director of Ft. Lauderdale's Fleet Week, has been
recruited by Jet Set Sports, Inc. of New Jersey to direct the hospitality
arrangements for US based companies traveling to Beijing for the Olympics.
Esposito, 31, founded a new business enterprise, Events Logistics, Inc. after
the reorganization of the Air and Sea Show and Fleet Week's parent company in
2007. Despite running her new venture, Esposito finds enough time to support
another new start-up, The Pantry of Broward, a fresh charity that serves
seniors in need on fixed incomes as well as grandparents who take care of their
grandchildren.
"It is fulfilling to me to help others in need and, let's face it, the current
economic climate is really hurting Broward seniors on fixed incomes," commented
the energetic Esposito. "Between packing food boxes for seniors and packing my
suitcases for Beijing, it has been a pretty hectic week."
Jet Set Sports, Inc. has become an Olympic Games hospitality giant, with
exclusive rights to sell Olympic tickets and tour packages in about a dozen
countries. The company is an official sponsor of the US Olympic Committee and
various other National Olympic Committees throughout the world.
