Here at The Pantry of Broward, creating a culture of diversity and inclusion has been a part of our organization’s DNA since its inception. Diversity and inclusion are essential values guiding how we model our board of directors, staff, and volunteers to create an organization that strives for inclusion and effectively meets the need. We serve a diverse, multinational clientele that is reflected both inside and outside the walls of The Pantry of Broward.

We believe diversity encourages and ignites unity. With such bonds, we work together as one family ready and able to serve hundreds of other families.
